Façade Rejuvenation & Flashing Restoration for Multi-Storey Apartments

WRNZ refurbished over 3,200m² of aluminium composite panels (ACM) at the University of Auckland’s Fisher & Paykel Lecture Theatres. The project required full removal of the existing coatings back to bare aluminium and application of a multi-layer PPG coating system. Despite Auckland’s severe weather in early 2023, WRNZ delivered a seamless, long-lasting finish that extended the façade’s lifespan without the cost of replacement.
